Our client offers operation and logistics through outsourcing.

In one of their facilities in western Sweden, they handle all warehouse operations for a Swedish fashion company. Now they want to relocate the main warehouse to two new facilities, one in Europe and one in the US. They are now looking for an Interim Senior Project Manager who will manage this project.

Key responsibilities

The Interim Project Manager will:

  • Manage the steering group
  • Clarify roles, responsibilities, and duties in the project organization.
  • Ensure quality plans and duties including a risk analyses.
  • Present basis for decisions.
  • Implement the plan to relocate.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years experience in the management of large and complex projects.
  • Very good knowledge of project management.
  • Very good experience in methods and tools to reach planned goals of a project.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English

The interim assignment is expected to start in early January and last for around 8 months. After the initial term, there could be an extension on part time or possibly full time on other projects. The workplace is in the company’s offices, but hybrid work will be possible.
