Our client is a global supplier of products and services for HVAC- and industrial applications. They are one of the global leaders and have representations in 50 countries.

They are looking for an Interim FP&A Manager to their finance team at the HQ in the south of Sweden.

The interim assignment will start in the middle of april and continue for at least 8 months.

Overall task of the assignment:

  • To manage and plan deliveries within FP&A with detailed process planning to secure enough time for work in the next steps of the process
  • Work with Ad hoc tasks close to the MGMT team and regional controlling to support business optimization and execution of group strategic roadmap
  • Will be a Steering Committee member and Project member for certain projects
  • Also be part of the Pricing process and management

Responsibilities:

Deliver transparency in how and where the company makes their earnings, insights and analysis to optimize the business.

Responsible for the company being able to describe the financial performance deliveries towards strategies and plans with analysis, reports and follow up on operational performance.

Being part of the closing process in understanding the financial deliveries and put into the companys purpose.

Responsible for the Forecast process towards the owner and for the companys business purpose.

Responsible for deliveries of the financial sections of Management reporting towards the owner and for the companys purpose.

Responsible for the process, analysis and delivery of insights towards the company investment plans, execution and after calculations.

Responsible for the processes Strategic Plan, AOP, MBR for the company and financial sections for MBR for the owner.

The Interim FP&A Manager has 2 direct reports.

and reports to the Group CFO.

Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of solid experience and relevant academic educational background 
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident, humble, generous and stable in leadership.
  • Experienced analytical and very hands on, driven by change management
  • Enjoying challenge of innovation and being creative
  • Fluent in Swedish and English
