Our client is a global supplier of products and services for HVAC- and industrial applications.
They are one of the global leaders and have representations in 50 countries.
They are looking for an Interim VP HR to their global HR team at the HQ in the south of Sweden.
The interim assignment will start at the beginning of Mars and last for 8 months.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and implementing HR Strategy
- Responsible for all processes within the Employee Lifecycle to attract, recruit, onboard and develop people required to create an effective and efficient organization able to execute the strategy of the company.
- Responsible for all People Processes (Strategic Workforce planning, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Professional Development, Talent review) to develop great leaders and highly motivated workforce
- Responsible for building center of expertise in human behavior, talent- & organizational development, People & Culture.
- VP HR develops and leads the HR team to deliver excellence in HR Operations and as HR Business partners connect people & culture with business and strategy.
- Responsible for ensuring legal and ethical compliance in our People processes – ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all our people
- Drives the development of the Company Culture
Focus Areas
- Bring HR team back to focus on the business ➔ motivation, forward looking, building culture and connection to team, build competence where needed
- Keep the team decent in shape
- Talent review process
- Process improvements ➔ deliver on the ongoing improvements (onboarding, recruitments, ESG Social governance and some C&B)
- Digital projects ➔ make sure the change is happening.
- Relationship with the owner, member in Executive management, partner to CEO
The Interim VP HR has 4 direct reports and reports to the CEO .
Qualifications:
- Bachelor´s degree in Behavior science, Psychology, HR or equal
- +10 years relevant work experience in international environment with documented
- good results within: people management, change management and business
- development at multinational companies
- Knowledge in labor law and cultural differences
- Documented leadership experience
- Documented knowledge about change management
- Good knowledge of business financials
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
