Interim COO
The assignment offers a key leadership role within a high-tech organization with global presence.
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Interim COO for an international company in the Gothenburg area. In this role, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the operational value chain – from sourcing and manufacturing to final customer delivery – ensuring high quality and performance within defined cost and timeframes.
You will lead and develop your management team, ensure efficient, robust and quality-assured processes, and drive transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role and in leading leaders within an international environment
- Broad experience across the entire supply chain
- Strong technical and manufacturing background from a project-based industry
- Experience applying Operational Excellence methodologies
As a person, you are solution-oriented, analytical and structured, with high energy and a strong ability to engage teams and drive results. You are a clear communicator, non-political and motivated by making an impact in complex, technology-driven environments.
Assignment duration:
Start December 2025 or January 2026, planned for 6 months with an option to extend.
