Our client is a Company with their headquarters in Skåne. They are looking for an Interim Head of Brand. The position holder will be responsible for a team with brand professionals.
Key responsibilities
This role involves overseeing brand management and ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all touchpoints in the company. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong creative vision, exceptional leadership skills, and a deep understanding of market trends and target group behaviors. The role reports to Director Brand, Corporate Communication and Public Affairs and is a part of the functions Management team.
Qualifications
• University degree or similar work experience
• +8 years of experience in a managerial position within Brand
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies and campaigns, driving NPS and sales.
• Experience of working in both B2B and B2C
• Thorough understanding of the brand and marketing landscape, media and strong leadership, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work agile and experience from international organizations beneficial
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing budgets and external agency relationships.
• Passion for the market and staying current with industry trends.
• Fluent in Swedish and English in speech and writing
The interim assignment is expected to start as soon as possible and last for 6-9 months. Our client is also open to a part time agreement.
